hello! today really cnt move much cos my legs is really damn pain...
cos yesterday went SL(sport leader)
wah! I first day sia... sooo torturing sia...
50 pumping, 50 sit up, 50 pull up, 50 star jump(total 100 cos re-do)
1 round around the sch(4 min),
10 times up & down the sch sport hall without skipping any of the step,
shuttle run (below 16 sec than consider as pass)
actually there is sit & reach but i'm meeting my mum so i left early
After having our lunch @ McDonald
My sis, my mum friend's daughter & I went 'lot 1' at Chua Chu Kang
we went to the top story where there is water work...
& a playground next to it...
the playground nth fun to play than we get ourselves wet...
after playing we went to the toilet insi
de the shopping mall...
my leg was wet than i walk without my shoe haha...
every1 was like looking at me.... ss lorh... haha...

Another thing to say tmr gt SL nt my name larh...
is Sport Leader... hehe...
sooo excited for it tmr cos is the 1st day training...

yesterday went 1N1 gathering, when reach there we went swimming...
fun,nice,cool!!!
After bathing they were having dinner but no mood to eat...
than went outside CHAT & SMS my other friends...
kaijie stupid sia... oso no 1 call him come look for me than he look for me..
diao lorh... found me le than keep nagging like an auntie
haix.x bored there oso nth to do...
than they went the basketball court play don no wad game...
don feel like playing cos wearing skirt...
but sad... xiao shi injure than i help replace her...
in the gp aisya, frederick, george N myself we were playing like hell...haha
wah!! aisya quite rough keep tapping linford & leonard ball...(don think wrongly!!)
In the end oso don no who win... haha...
After the match we went to the pool N soak our legs...hehe...
than the security guard came N say "pls don put ur legs in ppl wont like... " zzz...
we don care still soaking happily... haha...
after 1 round of patroling he came back N say "hey! didnt u understand wad i said...? "
zzzz... (don care him) than we went back to the hold room...

hi! on Sunday went abseiling (dunno if i got spell wrong) course
haha 1st time damn scary sia...
after a few time quite fun! ^^
after going 3 to 4 times we learn to do soft lock
But before we start we went to have lunch at SUBWAY nice!
after lunch we continue to learn the soft lock...
wah! quite scary sia.. cos quite hard to pull & push the rope...
must do it fast N smooth... if nt will keep going down...
after the course i went to my teacher hse to let her check my work...

wah! xiuqi really get me in deep deep trouble.....
early in the morning before 7 he came my hse to get his clothes
OMG!! he did nt even nvr tell properly when & wad time he coming to take
than he came knocking my door
When my dad open the door & scolded him(think so... cos i haven wake up)
than at 10 i woke up my mum told me all the thing...
he really gt smth wrong lorh...
than i went to bath ...
After coming out i just ran of the hse without telling any1 except my mum....

this time we found & bought our favourite clothes N oso other stuff...
Actually joline wanted to buy high heel but alot ppl looking
